Ideal Qualifications:
- Held Qualified teacher status, with evidence of continued professional development.
- Demonstrated successful teaching experience in a relevant environment, showcasing awareness of current education developments.
- Maintained a strong understanding of performance management, learning, and teaching strategies, driving student achievement.
- Cultivated interest in extending pupils' learning at all levels, monitoring and evaluating learning and teaching quality effectively.
- Effectively used data to improve learning, ensuring curriculum planning, assessment, and reporting to parents align with school goals.
Salary Details:
We offer a competitive salary range of £25,000 - £40,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
