As a key member of our overnight team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the safety and comfort of our guests, utilizing your problem-solving skills and health and safety knowledge to deliver a seamless experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to hotel guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Contribute to a safe and secure environment for guests and colleagues, adhering to health and safety protocols and procedures.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a clean and welcoming hotel environment, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge, supporting your career growth within Whitbread.
