As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting students with their academic and personal development, while also contributing to the overall success of the school.

Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with Teachers: Work closely with experienced teachers to identify student needs and develop targeted support plans.
  • Monitor Student Progress: Regularly monitor student progress, using data to inform teaching and learning decisions.
  • Participate in Staff Meetings: Attend staff meetings and contribute to discussions on student progress, curriculum planning, and school-wide initiatives.

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication and organizational skills, with a passion for working with young people. Previous experience in a school setting is desirable but not essential. A valid Enhanced DBS check is required, or willingness to obtain one.
