Key Responsibilities:

As a Reservations Officer at King Edward VII's Hospital, you will be the welcoming face of our hospital, ensuring a smooth and professional admission process for all patients. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Be the first point of contact: Handle enquiries from patients, consultants, secretaries, third parties, and the public, ensuring clear communication and providing top-quality service.
  • Coordinate patient admissions: Work closely with medical teams to arrange and manage admissions and transfers, ensuring all documentation is accurate and completed on time.
  • Insurance and financial clarity: Verify patient insurance details and ensure clear communication with patients and their families about financial responsibilities.
  • Contribute to quality care: Participate in hospital-wide quality improvement initiatives, ensuring you adhere to hospital policies and procedures at all times.
