We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Learning Support Assistant to join our team at a Primary School in Stratford. The successful candidate will work on a 1:1 basis with a child who requires additional support due to challenging behaviour.
Key Responsibilities- Provide individualized support to the child, promoting their academic and personal growth.
- Develop and implement strategies to manage challenging behaviour, ensuring a safe and inclusive learning environment.
- Collaborate with the teaching staff to create and implement personalized learning plans.
- Communicate effectively with parents and carers to ensure a consistent approach to supporting the child.
- Previous experience as a Learning Support Assistant or SEN Teaching Assistant.
- Proven track record of supporting children with challenging behaviour.
- Positive attitude, with the ability to work well in a team.
- Availability to start immediately.
This is an ongoing opportunity with potential to become permanent. The role is full-time, Monday to Friday. If you are a motivated and compassionate individual who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of children, we encourage you to apply.
