Creative Director

About the Role:
The Senior Graphic Designer will oversee the design and creative work for group businesses, designing and creating artwork and assets for digital and print materials. The role involves transforming brand management teams' requirements into powerful design that works across both print and digital, collaborating and contributing to the creative process, and ensuring high-quality creative work is upheld. This position is ideal for a talented designer with a proven track record of design in a creative environment, an exceptional portfolio, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Be responsible for designing and creating artwork and assets for digital and print materials to support new product launches, marketing campaigns, website graphics, and content for the group and their brands.
2. Work closely with the design team to develop and maintain a high standard of design quality.
3. Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of the company's products and services to ensure effective communication through design.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs are aligned with business objectives.

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong track record of design in a creative environment, an exceptional portfolio, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite. You should also have strong typographic and conceptual skills, a strong understanding and ability to adhere to brand guidelines, and proficiency in Microsoft Office software. Additionally, you should have a good understanding of the end-to-end print design and production process, strong organisational skills, and the ability to self-manage time and multiple projects from brief to completion.
