Salary: We offer a competitive salary ranging from £23,000 to £28,000 per annum, depending on experience, to attract and retain top talent in the field of children and young persons welfare.

Job Description: As a Children and Young Persons Practitioner, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality solutions focused interventions to children and young people in need of emotional wellbeing support. This will involve working closely with families, schools, and other stakeholders to develop and implement effective support plans that promote positive outcomes for children and young people.

Key Responsibilities: * Deliver solutions focused interventions to children and young people in need of emotional wellbeing support * Work closely with families, schools, and other stakeholders to develop and implement effective support plans * Build strong relationships with children and young people to promote trust and engagement * Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of support plans and make recommendations for improvement
