Job Title: Assistant Director Policy

Job Summary:

Cromwell Hospital is seeking an experienced and skilled Physiotherapy Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our Therapy Department, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and operational management to our Physiotherapy teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical leadership and operational management to the Physiotherapy teams, ensuring delivery of high-quality services and maintaining the highest professional and clinical standards.
  • Ensure clinical Physiotherapy and governance requirements are met, as the primary point of contact with relevant regulatory bodies to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Assist the Therapy Manager in the operational management and leadership of the Therapy Department, for all services, including delivery of business and financial targets for service plans in line with the strategic objectives of the Hospital.
  • Ensure effective, clear, and accurate lines of communication between Therapy Manager and Senior Management levels and Therapy staff to ensure outstanding staff engagement and satisfaction promoter scores.
  • Effectively respond to directives from the Therapy Manager, Divisional leads, and the Executive Team.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Physiotherapy
  • HCPC Registration
  • Enhanced DBS clearance
  • Post graduate training/qualification
