We are seeking an experienced Audiologist to join our team in Portsmouth, UK.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated professional to work as a Hearing Care Specialist in our Amplifon branch in Portsmouth. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and providing expert hearing care to our customers.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and be able to manage their time effectively.

You will have the support of a Sales & Customer Service Advisor to help manage your diary and greet customers, allowing you to focus on delivering outstanding patient care.

As a key member of our team, you will be dedicated exclusively to the Portsmouth branch, enabling you to establish a strong reputation within the local community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the clinic with the support of a Sales & Customer Advisor, including staff management.
  • Ensure that the team provides a professional, courteous, and high-quality service.
  • Act as a role model for Amplifon by developing and maintaining strong relationships with various stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Registered Hearing Aid Dispenser with the HCPC.
  • Exceptional standards of customer care and service.
  • Strong analytical and judgement ability.
  • Effective communication style.
  • Organised and efficient with time.
