About the Role: In the capacity of a Retail Operations Supervisor, you will guide our retail team to foster a welcoming environment, deliver outstanding merchandising, and provide exceptional hospitality. Your role will encompass nurturing customer relationships, showcasing extensive product expertise, and ensuring top-notch retail operations.

Objective:

Contribute to the establishment of an extraordinary food enterprise with inviting stores and exceptional customer service. Lead retail teams in creating a welcoming environment, outstanding merchandising, and remarkable service. You will cultivate customer relationships, possess thorough knowledge of our product range, and oversee an exemplary retail operation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and inspire your team to do the same.
  • Ensure that customers receive courteous and respectful treatment.
  • Enhance your team's product knowledge to boost sales potential.
  • Train, assess, and guide your team in delivering exceptional service.
  • Meet all financial objectives through effective team management.
  • Maintain pristine store cleanliness and compliance with brand standards.
  • Manage cash transactions efficiently and provide precise reporting.
  • Evaluate service quality and implement local promotional strategies.
  • Oversee inventory levels, manage deliveries, and place orders.
  • Ensure your team reflects the brand's values in service, appearance, and communication.
  • Keep training records updated and conduct team training sessions.
  • Manage employee records, conduct daily briefings, and recruit/train new staff members.
  • Conduct meaningful performance reviews and facilitate team growth.
