Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Corporate Banking Analyst to join our team in Natixis London Branch. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the group's activities on a dedicated portfolio of clients and prospects across various sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of marketing pitches and research
- Support financial modeling and credit analysis for finance transactions
- Gather and analyze financial data, reporting variances and initiating corrective actions
- Liaise with Risk, Structuring desks, Legal, Syndication, Compliance, MO, and BO operations
- Develop knowledge of clients and their needs
- Maintain awareness of economic and financial data and other important factors affecting the client base and products
- Adhere to and understand risks to the bank and client resulting from successful transactions
- Maintain and develop product knowledge
- Complete mandatory training to maintain competence
- Comply with all applicable legal, regulatory, and internal Compliance requirements
Requirements
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual with a Master's degree in finance or a related field. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in financial markets and previous experience in investment banking or a related field. Proficiency in English and knowledge of Nordic languages are advantageous.
