Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Corporate Banking Analyst to join our team in Natixis London Branch. As a key member of our Coverage & Advisory team, you will be responsible for supporting the group's activities on a dedicated portfolio of clients and prospects across various sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation of marketing pitches and research.
  • Support financial modeling and credit analysis for finance transactions.
  • Gather and analyze financial data, reporting variances and initiating corrective actions.
  • Liaise with Risk, Structuring desks, Legal, Syndication, Compliance, MO, and BO operations.
  • Develop knowledge of clients and their needs, and maintain awareness of economic and financial data affecting the client base and products.
  • Adhere to and understand risks to the bank and the client resulting from successful transactions.
  • Maintain and develop product knowledge, and complete mandatory training to maintain competence.
  • Comply with all applicable legal, regulatory, and internal Compliance requirements.

Requirements

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a Master's degree in a relevant field and experience in finance/investment banking. You should have a strong interest in financial markets, previous internships in this area, and excellent relationship-building skills. Proficiency in English (both written and verbal) and knowledge of Nordic languages are advantageous.
