Senior Care Assistant

As a Senior Care Assistant at Barchester Healthcare, you will be responsible for supervising and inspiring a team of dedicated Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager. Your role will involve supporting the clinical team in specific areas, such as medication, assessments, care plans or care reviews. You will always respect the dignity and preferences of our residents, while creating an environment that is warm, welcoming and vibrant.
About You
To join us as a Senior Care Assistant, you should have an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care. You should also have specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly. We are looking for people who are warm-hearted, compassionate and committed to giving each resident individualised care and support. You will have the opportunity to develop your career through ongoing training opportunities.

Working Hours
