Nurse Care Specialist

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at Cherrybrook Care Home, a stunning 120-bedded facility specializing in complex mental health care. As a Registered Nurse, you will be at the heart of our mission to deliver clinical excellence and holistic care to our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Craft personalized care plans in collaboration with residents, their families, and healthcare professionals.
- Ensure accuracy in care documentation and observe daily interactions to guarantee seamless transitions.
- Lead with confidence, organizing and guiding your team to deliver top-notch care.
- Monitor health, administer medications, and promote independence while upholding dignity and respect.
- Build relationships with residents, families, and healthcare professionals, addressing concerns with empathy and urgency.
- Prioritize safety, maintain a secure environment, and advocate for balanced nutrition and hydration.
- You are a Registered General or Mental Health Nurse with an active NMC Nursing PIN.
- You have a passion for care and a dedication to improving the lives of our residents.
- You possess excellent communication skills, connecting with people of all backgrounds and abilities.
- A competitive hourly rate of £22.
- A 36-hour contract with alternate weekends.
- Paid breaks, NMC Registration fee paid, and 5.6 weeks annual leave.
- Pension, uniform provided, DBS paid, and onsite parking.
