About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant Geriatrician to join our team at East Kent Hospitals University NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our Acute Geriatric Service, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and leading the development of our service.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical leadership and expertise in Geriatric Medicine
- Develop and implement service improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care
- Contribute to the development of our trust's medical education and research programs
Requirements
- Full GMC registration
- Experience in Geriatric Medicine within the NHS
- Ability to communicate effectively with patients, relatives, and multidisciplinary teams
- Leadership and teaching skills
