Key Responsibilities
  • Manage urgent and non-urgent cases, providing essential medical advice.
  • Use NHS Pathways Software to assess patients' conditions and direct them to the appropriate healthcare professional or service.
  • Deliver comprehensive training to patients, ensuring they receive clear guidance and support.
Requirements
  • Possesses excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with patients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Has the right to work in the UK and can commit to 6 weeks of full-time training.
  • Lives within a 60-minute commute of our location.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including free training and the opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives.
