This is a part-time, flexible opportunity for a talented individual to work with us.

As an Alumni and Supporter Care Officer, you will deliver exceptional customer care services to our alumni and supporters, as well as other UCL staff.

You will collaborate with colleagues across the department and UCL to resolve issues and provide comprehensive support to users of our helpdesk service.

Salary

The salary range for this position is £35,630–£41,005.
