Senior Healthcare Support Worker

At Exemplar Health Care, we are seeking a dedicated Senior Healthcare Support Worker to join our team at Lepton Heights care home. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a brand-new team in a state-of-the-art, purpose-built home.
As a Senior Healthcare Support Worker, you will work closely with the Nurse in Charge and lead our Care Teams in supporting every aspect of our residents' day-to-day lives.
Your responsibilities will include:
- supporting people with their personal care
- understanding individual health and wellbeing needs
- leading, motivating and supporting a team of care colleagues
To succeed in this role, you must have relevant experience, a Level 3 qualification in Health and Social care, plus Maths and English at GCSE Grade C or above (or relevant functional skills qualification).

The estimated salary for this role is up to £12.00 per hour, depending on qualifications.
