Anson McCade is seeking a highly skilled Quantitative Researcher/Trader to join their team. As a key member of the research-driven prop firm, you will be responsible for researching, developing, and managing your own strategies.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in numerate fields, excellent coding abilities, and 5+ years of experience in Quantitative Research for HFT/intraday strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage your own strategies, leveraging large datasets and firm resources.
  • Collaborate with the team to build and lead a desk, with access to infrastructure, data, and development support.
  • Contribute to the strategy development process, from research to backtesting, optimization, and monitoring.

Requirements:

  • Master's or PhD in Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, or Engineering.
  • Excellent coding skills in languages such as Python, C++, or Java.
  • 5+ years of experience in Quantitative Research for HFT/intraday strategies.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and collaboration skills.
