Senior Care Team Leader

**About the Role:**
We are seeking a dedicated Senior Care Team Leader to join our Connect Executive Search Group team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team in providing high-quality care for individuals with autism and complex needs.
The role involves developing individualized care plans, implementing best practices in behavioral support, and working closely with the team to ensure excellent care standards are met.
Key responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing care plans that cater to the unique needs of each individual.
- Liaising with healthcare professionals, families, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting on care outcomes.
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
- Proven track record in managing services for individuals with autism and complex behaviors.
- Strong leadership abilities and dedication to providing compassionate and inclusive care.
