Job Overview

A leading law firm in London is seeking a skilled Senior Associate to join its renowned Debt Capital Markets (DCM) practice.

The DCM team advises on various financial products, including commercial paper programmes, equity-linked issues, Eurobonds, loan participation notes, medium-term note programmes, private placements, sustainability-linked and green bonds.

Senior Associates are expected to lead transactions, collaborate with Partners in business development, and mentor junior lawyers.

Requirements:

  • At least 6 years of post-qualification experience in debt capital markets at a reputable law firm.

  • Able to work effectively in a team and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Compensation Package
