About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Systems Engineer to join our team at SEA. As a Principal Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership during the design and development and support of our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical leadership of defined work packages
  • Leading and mentoring project team members
  • Managing Requirements throughout the Engineering Lifecycle
  • Proving Technical inputs to bidding activities
  • Integration and production qualification activities
  • Taking Prototypes and developing them into Products
  • Work Package Generation
Requirements
  • Degree, HND or equivalent in a relevant engineering discipline
  • Familiar with systems engineering best practice
  • Extensive experience with electrical design and product development
  • Experience with combat systems is desirable
  • Competence with requirements management tools such as DOORs is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
