We're looking for a skilled Bar Team Member to join our team at Solent Hotel & Spa.

About the role:

  • Greet each guest with a genuine smile and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Take and serve drink orders efficiently and effectively.
  • Help clear and lay tables in the bar area, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment.
  • Support other areas of F&B as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn.
  • Deliver outstanding hospitality, ensuring guests want to return to our hotel.

What we're looking for:

You'll be a sociable person who's comfortable starting conversations with anyone, with a flair for hospitality and a passion for quality drinks. Previous experience in a bar, café, or restaurant is advantageous, but a great work ethic and personality are more important.

You'll need to be proactive, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations in the bar. Our hotel is open all day, every day, so you'll need to be flexible with your working hours.
