We're looking for a talented individual to join our Bar Team at Solent Hotel & Spa.

As a Bar Team Member, you'll be a key part of our business, providing exceptional service to our guests and helping to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere in our bar area.

Your day-to-day will involve:

  • Greeting guests with a smile and taking drink orders
  • Preparing and serving drinks to a high standard
  • Helping to clear and lay tables in the bar area
  • Supporting other areas of F&B as needed
  • Providing excellent customer service and ensuring our guests have a great experience

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Sociable and able to start conversations with guests
  • Passionate about providing excellent customer service
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive and able to work independently
