Job Requirements:
  • Licensed as Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of Indiana – A current license in good standing is required.
  • Experience Preferred – While not mandatory, prior experience in healthcare will be viewed favorably.
  • Ability to Work under Pressure & Stay Calm – Candidates must remain calm and composed even in challenging situations.
  • Multi-Tasking & Prioritization – The ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities is essential.

Schedule and Compensation:

  • Weekend Clinical: Must work every Saturday and Sunday for 6 months – This commitment is necessary to meet our staffing needs.
  • Premium Pay – Receive time and a half for hours worked on weekends.
