The company is undergoing significant growth and expansion, with plans to relocate to a state-of-the-art print facility in the near future. This new site will enable the company to increase capacity, improve efficiency, and provide enhanced benefits and welfare facilities for its employees.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join a dynamic team in a progressive company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Mounting and setting printing plates
  • Efficiently changing over jobs to minimize downtime
  • Supporting production to maximize machine efficiency and productivity
  • Producing high-quality work on time and to the required standards
  • Assisting the printer with ancillary tasks and manual handling
  • Working to 6s standards and adhering to health and safety protocols
  • Performing other duties as required to support the team

Requirements:

  • Strong numeracy and literacy skills
  • Experience in a print-based production environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliability and excellent timekeeping/attendance record
  • Commitment to health and safety standards
  • Flexo print experience is an advantage

Working Pattern:

This role involves a triple shift working pattern, with shifts across the back shift, early shift, and night shift.
