Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled DC/DC Power Conversion Systems Engineer to join our team at EES Solutions in Warwickshire, England. This is a hybrid role that requires the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.

EES Solutions is a pioneering engineering solutions provider operating across various sectors, including Rail, Automotive, Marine, and Energy.

This contract position involves working closely with our automotive clientele, and we can only consider candidates with direct automotive work experience. Due to the nature of the role, we will only be able to consider candidates on an inside IR35 basis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot HV systems and power electronics to ensure optimal performance.
  • Analyze battery charge systems and custom data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain accurate models and simulations using mathematical and computational skills.
Requirements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to tackle complex engineering challenges.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey technical information clearly and effectively.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in teams and develop strong relationships with colleagues.
  • A keen attention to detail and methodical approach to design and troubleshooting.

We offer a competitive salary, estimated to be around £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a generous salary package, we provide opportunities for professional growth and development.
