The successful candidate will be part of a small but influential ergonomics team that drives change and optimises human working conditions across the plant.

Job Description

You will perform ergonomics work analysis of Assembly/Installation activities and provide recommendations to address any ergonomic associated risk factors. You will also support building ergonomics action plans, contribute to defining specifications and ensuring ergonomics is taken into account when developing new tools and processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform ergonomics work analysis of Assembly/Installation activities
  • Provide ergonomics recommendations to address ergonomic associated risk factors
  • Support building ergonomics action plans suited to the industrial strategy and future evolutions
  • Contribute to definition of specifications, call for tenders, and subcontractor piloting in the frame of Ergonomics related outsourced work packages on the specific site

Requirements

  • Degree-level education in Ergonomics/Human Factors from an accredited CIEHF body
  • Registered Membership of the CIEHF or equivalent

What We Offer

This is a 12-month contract with the possibility of extension. The salary is negotiable but we estimate it to be around £45,000 - £60,000 per annum based on industry standards.
