About the Role:
We are looking for a Child Development Consultant to join our team at Outcomes First Group. As a key member of our multi-disciplinary team, you will work closely with schools to support the development of therapeutic environments and implement evidence-based practices.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct psychological assessments and provide interventions for pupils within the schools
• Develop and deliver professional development training for all staff

Requirements:
• Master's or doctoral degree in Educational Psychology or related field
• Strong understanding of child development and trauma-informed care
