Salary: Up to £36,000 per annum, with potential to earn up to £42,000 on target earnings.
About the Role:
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Technician/Tester looking to take their career to the next level by joining our team as an Automotive Team Lead in Broxbourne. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising workshop staff to ensure timely completion of tasks, coaching and mentoring new and existing team members, and assisting with day-to-day running of the centre.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of technicians to achieve high-quality work standards
- Develop and implement effective processes to improve workshop efficiency and productivity
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues to deliver exceptional customer service
- Carry out general service and repair work to vehicles in the workshop
Requirements:
- NVQ/City & Guilds or equivalent qualification in relevant disciplines
- Proven experience in supervising/managing staff within the motor trade
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations and ability to maintain a clean and tidy workshop
