About the Role

As a Care and Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing personalized care and support to our customers, including:

  • Accompanying customers to appointments and activities
  • Preparing meals and helping with daily living routines
  • Providing companionship and emotional support
  • Keeping accurate records of care and support provided
