We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care and Support Worker to join our team in Dulverton. As a Care and Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our customers in their own homes.

About the Role

As a Care and Support Worker, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing companionship and making a positive impact on the lives of our customers
  • Supporting customers with daily living routines, including washing, dressing, and personal care
  • Accompanying customers to appointments, shopping, and other activities
  • Preparing meals and ensuring customers have eaten and are drinking enough to remain healthy
  • Keeping accurate records of care and support provided
  • Working collaboratively with the care team to ensure high-quality care and support
