About the Role

We are seeking an Experienced Structural Engineer to join our dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly skilled engineer with 3-5 years' experience to take a leadership role, manage their own projects, and work alongside senior engineers, with the potential for significant career advancement up to Associate or Director level. Long-term partnership opportunities are also available for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Carry out structural analysis and design for complex structures using both manual calculations and engineering software.
  2. Design in steel, concrete, timber, and masonry.
  3. Conduct structural condition surveys, prepare detailed reports, and devise remedial schemes.
  4. Manage projects from initial enquiry to project completion, including proposals, design, drawings, and specifications.
  5. Supervise and mentor junior engineers, ensuring project goals are met.
  6. Proven experience in managing projects and delivering quality designs.
  7. A full UK driving licence and own transport.
  8. Experience in offshore structural design, as well as roads and drainage design, would be advantageous but not essential.
