About the Role

As a Property Valuer at haart, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our clients, utilizing your expertise to provide accurate valuations and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors to generate new and repeat business
  • Focus on acquiring new instructions for properties to market, utilizing various marketing skills to showcase properties to buyers
  • Complete contracts on properties, ensuring timely and efficient transactions
  • Upsell additional products and services to clients, enhancing the overall customer experience
  • Prepare detailed property brochures, including high-quality photos and written descriptions, to showcase properties to potential buyers
  • Conduct door-to-door canvassing and leaflet dropping in the local area to promote properties and build brand awareness
  • Ensure all properties adhere to health and safety standards, maintaining a safe and secure environment for clients and staff
Requirements
  • Full UK driving license for a manual vehicle
  • Experience as an Estate Agent seeking career advancement
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
  • Ability to work under own initiative, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making
  • Good telephone manner and strong IT skills, with proficiency in basic Microsoft packages
