About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Property Valuer to join our team at haart in Colchester. As a Property Valuer, you will be responsible for providing accurate property valuations, liaising with clients, and contributing to the success of our growing branch.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors
  • Focus on generating new and repeat business
  • Gain new instructions for properties to market
  • Market properties to buyers utilizing various marketing skills
  • Complete contracts on properties
  • Upsell additional products
  • Prepare brochures for each property with photos, and written descriptions
  • Canvass the local area
  • Door knocking and leaflet dropping
  • Ensure properties adhere to health and safety standards

Requirements

  • Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle
  • Experience as an Estate Agent who is ready to take the next step in their career
  • Works well with others to create a team spirit and an enjoyable working environment
  • Supporting your manager by helping to lead the team
  • A reputation for delivering outstanding customer service
  • Ability to work under own initiative
  • Good telephone manner
  • Strong IT skills (Basic Microsoft Packages)
  • Strong attention to detail
