  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of building services maintenance principles and practices
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry advancements

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
  • Building services maintenance experience in large commercial settings (high-rise offices, hospitals, or critical environments)
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
