Maintenance Technician Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Maintenance Technician to provide professional support services to customers in their newly purchased Retirement Apartments. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality repairs and alterations with a focus on customer satisfaction.
With excellent people skills and a strong attention to detail, you will work independently and as part of a team to ensure seamless service delivery. You will be based at our Lodges, traveling to various locations within the region to assist customers. A company van and hand-held tablet/mobile phone will be provided to facilitate your daily tasks.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing professional support services to customers
- Delivering high-quality repairs and alterations
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve excellent customer service
- Maintaining accurate records and reports

A competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including:
