Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Assembly Technician to join our team at Gap Personnel. As an Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for assembling, testing, and maintaining quality control over items produced in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform assembly operations by following work instructions to manufacture high-quality components.
- Conduct thorough testing operations in accordance with work instructions to ensure product quality.
- Pack and label finished products correctly and move them to the dispatch area.
- Work safely and efficiently, following instructions from supervisors or written work instructions.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to daily standards.
- Ensure that quality standards are met and maintained.
- Perform other duties as required by management.
About You:
We are looking for a candidate with a keen eye for detail, mechanical knowledge, and a strong interest in production. Previous experience in a factory environment is desirable but not essential. You should possess excellent verbal communication skills, be dynamic and proactive, and flexible to carry out a wide-ranging role.
Working Conditions:
- Monday to Friday, 6:00 am - 2:00 pm
- £12.04 per hour
Requirements:
