Job Summary

Outsource UK Limited is seeking a skilled Assembly Technician II to join our team. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will play a critical role in the manufacture, repair, and modification of complex military products, including Radar, Avionics, and Underwater systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manufacture, repair, or modify complex military products in accordance with defined work instructions and technical drawings
  • Demonstrate skills that exceed industry standards, such as IPC and ANSIJ
  • Ensure compliance with external standards, including AS9100 and ISO9001, at all times
  • Adapt to working on different product ranges and contracts as needed
  • Operate independently with minimal supervision and limited engineering support
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of assembly disciplines such as wiring, fitting, PCB assembly, or microelectronics processing
  • Medium range of product experience with expertise in assembly techniques
  • Familiarity with Business Management System (BMS) procedures
