Key Responsibilities
  • Implement agreed call campaigns to prospect and customer segments as directed by your manager
  • Work proactively with marketing to develop campaign ideas for call-out and specific e-shot activity
  • Identify new business opportunities for yourself
  • Handle all inbound sales calls from customers who wish to discuss our products
  • Exceed sales billings targets
  • Create new pipeline through telephone-based activity
  • Achieve agreed KPIs as directed by your manager
  • Update and cleanse the customer database with key marketing and competitor information as directed
  • Drive attendance to customer events programme and provide pre and post-event follow-up support
Requirements
  • Experience in an office-based role dealing with customers inbound/outbound
  • Good attitude and telephone manner
  • Ideally from a similar role such as Sales Executive, Sales Consultant, Telesales, Business Development Executive, or any other new business-oriented position
