Senior Cost Estimator

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Cost Estimator to join our team at JAM Recruitment.
The successful candidate will work on a hybrid basis, splitting their time between the office and remote work.
About the Role:
As a Senior Cost Estimator, you will be responsible for producing accurate cost calculations and plans for complex construction and fire safety projects.
You will need to possess excellent estimation skills, with experience in estimating software and Microsoft Office.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience as an Estimator or Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
- Proven proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with Fire Safety environments is desirable but not essential.
What We Offer:
Competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
