As a Practice Manager, you will be responsible for leading the practice team and driving business growth through effective management of clinical and financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Line management of the practice team, including staff supervision and performance management
  • Supporting the clinical team to deliver NHS and private objectives, ensuring high-quality patient care and excellent clinical outcomes
  • Profit and Loss management, identifying opportunities for business growth and managing costs effectively
  • Reviewing business reports to ensure efficient and profitable practice operations
  • Supervising banking procedures, including deposits, payments, reconciliation, and debt management
  • Maintaining up-to-date practice documentation, including policies, procedures, and handbooks
  • Ensuring practice compliance with Health and Safety requirements

Requirements

  • Dental practice management experience, with a strong background in leadership and staff management
  • Proven track record of business performance management, working to KPIs and targets, and managing Profit and Loss
  • Hold CQC registration as a Practice Manager or willingness to complete necessary requirements, including a DBS check
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate the practice team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
