The Role

As a 360-recruitment consultant within an engineering and manufacturing-focused market, you will work closely with new business development and have weekly and monthly KPIs to achieve both personally and as a team. You will become an essential part of the CV Technical team and have a wide customer base to work with, as well as building new relationships with both candidates and clients.

We are looking for individuals that match our ambition, energy, and enthusiasm - whether you're an experienced engineering recruiter or a recruiter considering moving industries this role could suit you. Training, development, and support will be offered to all successful candidates.

The Rewards

You will be paid a monthly uncapped commission based on the revenue you generate for the company. In short - the more you bill, the more you earn. With an uncapped structure, it means you really do have the opportunity to maximise your earning potential - highest earners are hitting six figures.

We offer a range of incentives including team targets, individual weekly, quarterly, and yearly targets, as well as bonuses and other rewards. Some of these include team-building activities, days and nights out, holidays, exclusive events, and meals out.

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £22,000 - £24,000 per annum, plus uncapped commission, resulting in an OTE of £30,000 - £60,000 depending on experience. Additionally, we offer:
