We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Finance Manager to lead our Group Financial Reporting team. As a key member of our Finance Department, you will be responsible for managing the Group Consolidation and Financial Reporting processes, including the preparation of the Group's Full Year Results, Half Year Results, and UK Subsidiary entity accounts.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the year-end and half year-end financial statement reporting processes to produce reporting in accordance with IFRS and relevant statutory requirements.
- Coordinate, prepare, and present elements within the Annual Report.
- Produce and present the Period Balance Sheet & Cashflow Pack to the CFO with relevant commentary.
- Ensure Balance Sheet reconciliations have been completed in a timely manner and have been subjected to a robust review process.
- Act as the key point of contact for external auditors, ensuring planning and execution of the year-end audit and half-year review are well managed.
- Support the Head of Group External & ESG Reporting in building and promoting a best-in-class financial reporting team.
- Help embed a strong controls culture in the team and one of continuous improvement.
- Contribute to commercial projects, such as acquisitions, providing guidance and advice on reporting implications.
- Qualified Accountant with significant PQE, including experience within a large-scale plc reporting environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of accounting and reporting standards and processes.
- Experience of leadership of a global financial operations environment with a track record of delivering effectiveness, efficiency, and compliance targets.
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth, global organization.
- Experience with ERP and consolidation systems.
