We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Client Care Assistant to join our team at Medivet Sidcup Station Road. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our patients and clients.
About the Role
This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Shifts will typically alternate between 8 am - 5 pm and 10 am - 7 pm, with 1 in 4 weekends required. You will be working as part of a team of Veterinary Surgeons, Nurses, and Patient Care Assistants to provide a warm and welcoming environment for our clients.
Your Key Responsibilities
As a Client Care Assistant, you will be responsible for:
- Welcoming and assisting clients before, during, and after every visit.
- Handling busy telephone lines and arranging appointments.
- Processing payments and managing cash up.
- Ensuring the consult rooms are fully stocked and the reception area is tidy.
- Providing administrative support to the team, including data entry and record-keeping.
