We are seeking a skilled Veterinary Receptionist to provide exceptional client care and administrative support to our team at Two By Two Veterinary Centre.

This is a front-of-house role involving providing excellent customer care and administrative support to our clients and their pets. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing prompt and efficient telephone and email responses to clients

• Registering clients and booking appointments on our system

• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and tidiness in the reception and front-of-house area

• Processing payments and managing cash and credit transactions

• Providing excellent customer service and ensuring a welcoming environment for clients and their pets

Requirements:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Veterinary Receptionist who possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience in a veterinary environment or similar

• High standard of clear spoken and written business English

• Excellent computer literacy and ability to utilise our practice management system

• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
