The Role

We seek a skilled Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and maintenance of our regional accommodation units.

Responsibilities

  • Perform general plumbing maintenance tasks, including leak repairs and tank/bowser connections.
  • Conduct general joinery work, such as installing/removing partition walls, flooring, ceilings, kitchens, doors, and windows.
  • Carry out electrical work, replacing water heaters, wall heaters, light fittings, and plug sockets, while adhering to safety protocols.
  • Work at heights, installing cabins and performing roof repairs.
  • Install and demobilize cabin setups, including AV, moduflex, and CTX systems.
  • Address roof and window leaks/damage to unit exteriors.
  • Pursue paint repairs as needed.

Requirements

  • A strong attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
  • Excellent teamwork and individual work ethic.
  • A basic knowledge of power tools.
  • A valid UK driving license and Blue CSCS card are essential.
  • CCNSG card holder preferred.

Salary and Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary of £14.23 per hour, plus 25 days' holiday plus bank holidays, and overtime paid at time and a half. You will also enjoy company benefits and sociable working hours.
