Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Brewing Specialist to join our team at One Retail. As a key member of our cafe staff, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality drinks and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare perfectly blended drinks and serve high-quality food that delights our customers
  • Keep the bar area clean and well-maintained
  • Receive and process payments (cash and credit cards)
  • Be an enthusiastic team player and excellent communicator
  • Maintain stock of clean mugs and plates
  • Learn about brewing methods, beverage blends, food preparation and presentation techniques
  • Check if brewing equipment operates properly and report any maintenance needs
  • Represent One Retail and maintain a positive brand image
  • Comply with Food Handling & Hygiene standards and Health & Safety regulations

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Prior experience in customer-facing roles or cafes
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of quality
  • Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team
  • Basic knowledge of brewing equipment and techniques
