Furniture and Joinery Craftsperson

First Recruitment Services is seeking a skilled Furniture and Joinery Craftsperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing products on Imos CAD/CAM system, modelling components on AutoCAD, and producing drawings from models using AutoCAD tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Designing products on Imos CAD/CAM system from client specifications
  • Modelling components on AutoCAD
  • Producing drawings from models using AutoCAD tools
  • Producing costings from models
  • Producing manufacturing data from CAD
  • Thoroughly checking all work at every stage
  • Liaising with clients to co-ordinate design / installation
Requirements:

The successful candidate will have 2-3 years plus of design experience in a manufacturing environment, with proficiency in AutoCAD. A competitive salary range of £25,000 – £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus good all-round company benefits, including pension scheme and 22 days holiday plus all UK bank holidays.

The working hours will be Monday – Friday only, 08:30 -17:00, office based.
