We are a family owned company based just outside Hailsham, East Sussex. We have a wide and varied work load from the manufacture bespoke furniture for the commercial and residential sector, retail and hospitality fit outs.

Due our ever expanding workload, we have another exciting opportunity for an experienced individual to join our expanding team as a Cabinet maker/ Bench joiner, working in a friendly, well equipped workshop.

Key Skills Required:

- At least 3 year’s experience in joinery/ cabinetry.
- Able to use woodworking machinery and hand tools.
- Own hand tools required.
- The ability to understand and work from drawings.
- Installation/fitting skills, CSCS card preferred but not essential.
- A excellent understanding of English.
- The ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Be organised, tidy and manage time sensibly.
- Good team skills and be able to work independently.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Experience in wood spraying (beneficial)
- Solid Surface experience Corian, Durasein, Hi Macs etc (beneficial)
- Driving licence essential.

As a bench joiner, you will be required to carry out joinery work and product assembly both inside the workshop and occasionally on site.

Due to the nature of the business, lifting of awkward and heavy furniture can be part of everyday duties. Pay rate will be based on experience.

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
